Full Music
With this option, I'll produce a full EDM track (in my style) based on the information you give me, such as overall feeling, where do you want it to be used, etc.This option includes the whole production process: Composition, Production, Mixing and Mastering.The length of the song may vary, but it's usually around 2min to 4min.
Remix
Production of an EDM remix (in my style) of any song.This option includes: Production, Mixing and Mastering.Note that the quality of the original song may impact the quality of the remix.The length of the song may vary, but it's usually around 2min to 4min.
Cover Production
Choose this option if you want me to produce your cover of an existing song.This will require you to send me your vocal recordings during the process of making the song, so please make sure you are comfortable with that before proceeding.
IMPORTANT:-> Commissions are done trough Ko-Fi;-> For any project outside of the services mentioned above, the payment will be done through Stripe;-> If you are planning on moving forward with the commission, please contact me beforehand, and only proceed to the purchase AFTER I make sure what you are requesting is something I can do;-> For your convenience, I will send 2 versions of the audio file: an uncompressed / lossless version (.wav or .flac) and a compressed / lossy version (.mp3 or .ogg);-> The files will be sent through email;-> By default, the project file (.flp) is not included;-> Regardless of if you are planning on commissioning me or not, don't refrain from contacting me if you have any questions!
DISCLAIMERS:-> Although you can specify a style, I can only do so much as to give my own interpretation of that style. But I'm willing to go out of my comfort zone to try and make something new, as long as I feel like it won't be in detriment of the overall quality of the song-> For covers, the production process is done 100% remotely, as I don't provide the infrastructure of an in-person studio. So the recording of the vocals shall be made with your own equipment.-> Even if I produce your cover, I can NOT guarantee that the original author of the song will give you the rights to the cover, and if you want to use the song for commercial purposes, you might need a Mechanical License.

GENERAL TERMS:

I reserve the right to showcase any of my productions/commissioned work in online pages, portfolios, etc;
I'm the copyright owner of my commissions unless transferred;
By commissioning a song, YOU (the commissioner) are allowed to use it commercially;
By completing the purchase of any of my services (refer to commission), it is implied that YOU have read and agreed to the terms listed hereby;
PAYMENT:
All commissions will be done through Ko-Fi (refer to contact) by default;
Stripe invoice can also used as means of payment if agreed upon by the PARTIES (JudgmentalOwl and the commissioner);
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Any personal and/or sensitive information acquired by any of the PARTIES during the commission process shall NOT be disclosed elsewhere;
Here, personal information (Personally Identifiable Information or PII) refers to any information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity, either alone or when combined with other information that is linked or linkable to a specific individual;
Sensitive information and PII shall be treated in accordance with the definitions given by the NIST SP 800-63-3 publication;
